L’esperienza mi insegna anche che nelle cause di separazione tra coniugi, a soccombere spesso non è tanto la parte che, con la sua condotta, ha causato la fine del rapporto, bensì la parte che per mancanza di informazione e/o di mezzi economici, non riesce ad attivarsi per proporre ricorsi nelle opportune sedi giudiziarie avverso il cattivo servizio offerto sia dagli operatori sociali che della giustizia più in generale.
